Bio
Brianna is the P4 & Hematology/Oncology Child Life Specialist at the Kravis Children’s Hospital at Mount Sinai. Brianna graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a BS in Human Development & Family Studies, with a concentration in Child Development and Psychology. She also graduated from the Applied Psychology program at New York University, where she earned an MA in Counseling. Brianna completed her Child Life internship at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA and has been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2011.
Brianna has worked with children and adolescents of all ages and developmental levels in both medical and psychiatric hospital settings. Brianna enjoys her work as a CCLS, being able to provide patients with the opportunity for play, expression of emotions, education, and normalcy during hospitalization.
